Past Due Balance:
There may be a past due balance on your account. If you did not provide a 30-day notification of cancellation, there may still be a past due balance on your account from the last billing cycle. Login to the Smartaira Portal to check for past due balances and to make payments.
Equipment fees:
Did you return the Smartaira leased equipment (Modem/Router/SuperPod) you were using? Smartaira requires our leased equipment to be returned within 10 days of your service being disconnected. Please email billing@smartaira.com or give us a call during billing hours to request a pre-paid shipping label for your device.
