Past Due Balance:
There may be a past due balance on your account. If you did not provide a 30-day notification of cancellation, there may still be a past due balance on your account from the last billing cycle. Login to the Smartaira Portal to check for past due balances and to make payments.
Equipment fees:
Did you return the Smartaira leased equipment (Modem/Router/SuperPod) you were using? Smartaira requires our leased equipment to be returned within 10 days of your service being disconnected for California and Arizona locations and 15 days for Florida locations. Failure to return leased equipment will result in a unreturned equipment fee of $160.00.
