To send a support ticket, please follow these steps:
1. Sign into your Smartaira Portal
2. Select “Support Tickets” under the My Service section
3. Select the “Create a new ticket” button in the right-hand corner.
4. Enter in a brief Description of Problem in the “Subject” field
5. In the “Description” field please enter in the issue you are experiencing. Give as much detail as possible. Be sure to include your complete name & property address.
6. Click "Create Ticket"
7. Once you have submitted your ticket, one of our Smart Desk Agents will reach out within 24 business hours.
