Once we are notified from an owner or property owner that a vacant unit is ready for install, we send a technician out to install our equipment (modem, router, Superpod) and ensure the provisioning and readiness of our internet to be activated.
We recognize that high-speed internet is a priority in today's world, and if we can simplify our customers' moving experience, we will. This program enables us to offer competitive, personalized service and cutting-edge broadband options to our customers.
Please note that while we strive to get all vacant units installed that sometimes the turnaround of a unit is so quick we miss the opportunity.
