Residential Phone System Features 

Call Forwarding: 

  • To Enable: Dial *72 + the 10-digit forwarding number followed by “#” 

  • The dial-tone confirms the forward is now enabled 

  • To Disable: Dial *73 

  • The dial-tone confirms the forward is now disabled  

Call Return: 

  • To call back the number of the last received call, dial *69 

Voicemail: 

Logging In: 

  • Dial 2# from your home phone, or 8500*(Your10-DigitNumber) 

  • When prompted for “Password?” input your voicemail password (given at time of installation)  

Changing the Password: 

  • Once logged in to your Mailbox: 

  • Press 0 for “Mailbox Options” 

  • Press 5 to change your password 

  • Enter the new password, then press “# 

  • Re-enter the new password, then press “#” to save  

Recording Personal Greeting: 

  • Once logged in to your Mailbox: 

  • Press 0 for “Mailbox Options” 

  • Press 1 to record your message, then press “# 

  • Press 1 to accept the recording 

Accessing Remotely: 

  • Dial your phone number 

  • Once your greeting starts press * and you will then be prompted for your password (given at time of installation)
