Voicemail & Phone Feature Codes

Checking Your Voicemail

If you are away from home

You can check your voicemail remotely:

1. Call your own phone number

2. Wait for your voicemail greeting

3. Press * (star key)

4. Enter your voicemail PIN

5. Follow the prompts to listen to your messages

If you are at home

If your voicemail shortcut isn’t working:

1. Dial 8500 from your home phone

2. Enter your phone number when prompted

3. Enter your voicemail PIN

Default PIN: Last 4 digits of your phone number (unless you changed it)

Common Phone Feature Codes

You can use these star (*) codes directly from your phone to control features.

Call Handling

• *69 – Call back the last number that called you

• *7 – Redial the last number you called

• *70 – Disable call waiting for your next call

• *71 – Enable call waiting for your next call

Call Forwarding

• *72 – Forward all calls to another number

• *73 – Turn off call forwarding

• *90 – Forward calls when your line is busy

• *91 – Turn off busy call forwarding

• *92 – Forward calls when you don’t answer

• *93 – Turn off no-answer forwarding

Do Not Disturb & Blocking

• *78 – Turn on Do Not Disturb

• *79 – Turn off Do Not Disturb

• *67 – Hide your caller ID on all outgoing calls

• *82 – Show your caller ID again

☎️ Call Control Features

• *56 – Turn on call waiting

• *57 – Turn off call waiting

• *77 – Block anonymous calls

• *87 – Allow anonymous calls again

⚡ Quick Actions

• *74 – Set up speed dial

• *98 – Transfer a call (blind transfer)

• *66 – Call back a number that didn’t answer
