To process your service cancellation, please submit a request through your Smartaira Customer Portal. This ensures your cancellation is documented and handled as quickly as possible.
Step 1: Submit a Cancellation Request
Log into your Smartaira Portal and create a Support Ticket with the following required information:
- Service address (including unit number)
- Requested cancellation date
- Best contact phone number
- Date of birth on file (for account verification)
Providing complete and accurate information will help avoid delays in processing your request.
What Happens Next
Once your request is received:
- Our team will review and process your cancellation
- You may be contacted if additional information is needed
- You will receive confirmation once your service has been scheduled for cancellation
Please note that final charges may apply depending on your billing cycle and notice period.
Equipment Return
After your cancellation has been processed, you will need to return any Smartaira-leased equipment (such as modem, router, or SuperPods).
