Resetting Your Smartaira Portal Username or Password

If you need to recover your username or reset your password, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Smartaira Portal:
   https://portal.smartaira.com/

2. Click “Recover username or reset password”

3. Enter your email address and submit your request

4. Check your email for a message from Smartaira with the subject:
   “Smartaira Password Reset”

   If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

5. Open the email and click the reset link provided

   Note: The reset link will expire after 24 hours

6. You will be taken to a page to create a new password

7. Enter the following:

   • Your email address

   • Your new password

   • Confirm your new password

8. Click “Reset Password”

Once completed, you will be redirected to the login page where your information will be pre-filled. Simply log in with your new password.
