If you would like to cancel your internet service, please submit a support ticket through the Smartaira Customer Portal.
To ensure your request is processed quickly, include the following information:
Name on the account
Full-service address (including unit number)
Requested cancellation date
Reason for cancellation
Email address
Best contact phone number
Date of birth (for account verification)
Returning Equipment
