Requesting Service Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your internet service, please submit a support ticket through the Smartaira Customer Portal.

To ensure your request is processed quickly, include the following information:

  • Name on the account

  • Full-service address (including unit number)

  • Requested cancellation date

  • Reason for cancellation

  • Email address

  • Best contact phone number

  • Date of birth (for account verification)
