How Do I Read My Smartaira Bill?

Understanding your bill doesn’t have to be complicated. Here’s a simple breakdown of what each section means and how to read it.

Top Section: Account Summary

At the top of your bill, you’ll find the most important details:

  • Invoice Number – Your unique bill reference
  • Account Number – Your Smartaira account ID
  • Bill Date – When the invoice was generated
  • Due Date – When your payment is due
  • Amount Due – Total amount you owe

Example:
Your total due may show as $78.58 due by Apr 3, 2026

Billing Breakdown

This section shows how your total is calculated:

  • Charges – Your monthly service cost
  • Taxes/Fees – Any applicable taxes or regulatory fees
  • Credits – Discounts or promotions applied
  • Payments Applied – Any payments already made

These items combine to show your total amount due.

Service Period

This tells you what dates you’re being billed for, not when you used the service.

Example:
Apr 14 – May 13 means you’re being billed in advance for upcoming service

Detailed Charges

This section breaks down exactly what you’re paying for:

  • Internet Plan
    (e.g., 300 Mbps High-Speed Internet)
  • Additional Fees
    (e.g., Cost Recovery Fee)
  • Add-On Services
    (e.g., Smart Care Internet)

Each item is listed separately so you can clearly see what makes up your total.

Payment Information

You can pay your bill in several ways:

  • Online via the Smartaira Portal
  • Calling 310-974-8776, please be aware there is a $5 over-the-phone payment fee.

Note:
Late payments may incur a fee of $10.00 or 1% of the balance (whichever is greater)

Quick Tips

  • Your bill is typically for upcoming service, not past usage
  • First bills or account changes may include prorated charges
  • Add-ons like Smart Care will appear as separate line items
