How to Restore Your Service

To reactivate your service, the following steps are required:

  1. Pay Your Past Due Balance
    Your outstanding balance must be paid in full to restore service.
  2. Reconnect Fee
    A reconnection fee will be applied to your account at the time of reactivation.
  3. Make a Payment
    You can securely make a payment through the Smartaira Portal at your convenience.

After Payment

Once your payment has been completed, please contact our Smart Desk so we can restore your service.
