Account Balance & Equipment Return Information

Past Due Balance

There may be a remaining balance on your account after your service has been disconnected.

If a 30-day cancellation notice was not provided, charges from your final billing cycle may still apply. These charges are part of your standard billing agreement and ensure your account is properly closed out.

We recommend logging into your Smartaira Portal to:

  • Review your current balance
  • View your final invoice
  • Make any necessary payments

Keeping your account up to date helps avoid additional fees or collections activity.

Equipment Return

If you were using Smartaira-leased equipment (such as a modem, router, or SuperPod), it is important that all equipment is returned within the required timeframe after your service is disconnected.

Return timeframes by location:

  • California & Arizona: within 10 days
  • Florida: within 15 days

If the equipment is not returned within this timeframe, an Unreturned Equipment Fee of $160.00 will be applied to your account.

Returning your equipment on time ensures:

  • You avoid additional charges
  • Your account can be fully closed without issues

If you are unsure how or where to return your equipment, please contact our team for assistance.

Important Reminders

  • Final bills may include remaining service charges, fees, or prorated amounts
  • Equipment must be returned even if service is no longer active
  • Unreturned equipment fees are applied per device if not received
