To help simplify your move-in experience, Smartaira has partnered with your community to pre-install internet equipment and services for your convenience. This means your home is already set up and ready for activation when you arrive.
Activating Your Service
You can activate your service in one of the following ways:
- Register your account through the InstantOn portal (instanton.net)
- Contact a Smart Desk agent for assistance
Once your account is activated, your internet service will be ready to use.
Equipment Responsibility
After completing your registration or activation:
- You assume responsibility for any Smartaira-leased equipment in your unit
- This includes items such as the modem, router, or SuperPods
Please ensure all equipment remains in good condition and is returned if you move out or disconnect service to avoid additional fees.
